The house is beautiful and spotless with everything you might need. It was perfect for our family weekend including 5 young children and everyone loved it. The location was brilliant and quiet and just a short stroll to a great sandy beach which was dog friendly and the walk into Bridlington also easy with pushchairs. The garden was also great with a comfortable seating area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We would definitely recommend 😊

We were absolutely blown away by the standard of this accommodation. The house itself was absolutely stunning and everything was such a high standard. I am very particular about cleanliness and usually arrive and clean as I unpack, but didn't feel the need to do this at all.The house had everything we needed and more. We were grateful of the cloths and cleaning products that had been left for us, but would have appreciated a pint of milk and a couple of tea bags to start us off. We have been very grateful of this in other similar properties we have stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and despite there being 10 of us, we had plenty of room and spaces to take a break from the chaos of having three families together. There was ample parking for 3 cars and could have had at least 2 more. The hot tub was a wonderful treat and enjoyed by all. The location was perfect. Just a short walk over the road to the sandy beach (2 minutes!) with a cafe and gorgeous seaside walk on the doorstep. Far enough away from the town to be very quiet, but a short drive to large shops, such as Morrisons. We also walked along the beach side to Bridlington which took about 25 minutes as we were taking our time. One thing to watch out for is that Fish and Chip shops were all closed when we ventured out at 6pm, so get in early.The only thing I would ask to improve this wonderful holiday was a slightly later check out, as 9:30am was a bit of a rush to get beds stripped and get packed and out. However, I can understand why due to the standard of cleaning and size of the house. I would definitely return to this beautiful home. It was a little gem! Many thanks for a lovely holiday.
