Each of the three bedrooms has a different configuration, a double, a twin, and a bunk, meaning there are options for the whole family. Finishing off the lodge is a sleek shower room for freshening up in after a day at the beach. Ideally located, the beach is just a stroll away, where you can follow the golden sands up to the main town of Bridlington to find a wealth of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Enjoy fish and chips on the seafront, a play at Bridlington Spa, or closer to the park, you can find the Belvedere Parade Land Train Station for any railway enthusiasts of your group. Following the coastline north, you will reach the quaint village of Flamborough, known for its clifftops and picture-perfect nature reserve. Next stop is Filey, where animal lovers of your group can spend the day exploring Filey Bird and Animal Park or head out to Filey Brigg. Further afield, a scenic drive will take you to the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding NAtural Beauty and the North York Moors National Park, which are both the ideal spots for walking and cycling. The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline. There are numerous places to visit in the area, including Bempton's rspb bird sanctuary, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves.
