Super accommodation, bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people with some mobility issues. Short walk to the sea front and town centre. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone.

Too many things wrong. Large TV in lounge didn’t work. Smaller TV in kitchen unwatchable due to aerial issue. No cupboard door or kickboard on sink unit. Bottle opener and can opener didn’t work. Boiler flashing service overdue. Last gas safety certificate in information book dated 2023, this should be renewed each year. Only two small plates and two desert spoons for a property that sleeps four. No heating in orangery, as we were there in January this room was unusable. I would not book this property again.
