The modern kitchen has all the mod cons including air fryer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The large dining table converts to a Pool and Table tennis table providing hours of fun! Double doors lead out to a south facing decked area with outdoor seating and a private hot tub. Steps lead down to a grassed area complete with a Raywell signature cabana bed, perfect for lazing on in sunny days. A BBQ stand completes this fabulous private space made for relaxing in..
