Guests consistently praise Spa Freedom for its cleanliness, tranquil location, and comfortable lodgings. The property boasts well-kept lodges with modern amenities, including a hot tub and games area. The on-site bistro adds value, and the serene setting is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Reviews frequently mention the property's cleanliness, with lodges described as 'very clean' and 'immaculate'. A few minor comments about wear and utensils not being washed properly slightly affect the score.

The location is highly regarded for its peace and quiet, with beautiful views and a lovely area for walks. Its proximity to a shopping centre and the beach is also appreciated.

Guests find the lodges comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a homely feel. The presence of a hot tub and games adds to the comfort level.

Facilities are generally praised, including the pool table, arcade machine, and smart TV. However, some guests experienced issues with the hot tub and noted the decking area could use maintenance.

While guests are delighted with the amenities and the overall experience, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

We had a lovely stay at the lodge cabin. The hot tub was a real highlight, and the amenities were spot on – pool table, table tennis, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an air fryer. The cabin was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for our family of three. We paid extra for the luxury package and it was well worth it. There’s also an on-site café (more of a café than a “bistro” as described), which was great for breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. We’d definitely return.
