Well equipped lodge and fab outdoor space. The bedrooms are suitable for couples as both are the same size. Had an issue with hot tub,but was quickly dealt with.Would say curtains may need changing as very thin in bedrooms and was daylight by 4.30 in morning.A few things may need checking, some oven tins needed a reclean and maybe the outside area could have been cleaned a little better, especially the pergola part of the roof. Some stains on curtains and some parts of the lodge are looking a bit worn, rips on pool table and damage to some of the doors.Only thing we did think, was the amount of notices for quiet times, and the email you get too. We understand the night time, but did think the quiet notices for the day too,was a little extreme.lI suppose they must have had previous guests being a nuisance with noise.

Loved the location of the lodge so peaceful and quiet, dining table converted into a pool table which we used and the hot tub was used everyday after we’d been out exploring the area . Definitely recommend

The lodge was lovely and very well kitted out. Loved the outdoor space provided and the staff going round the site were very helpful. Tea room on site was great as well. Some lovely walks from the area. Cycling from the lodges was slightly more difficult as busy roads to get to cycle tracks, so short car journey with bikes on the back prior to getting off road. All in all, a lovely place and will definitely be back.
