Guests say

The Grange is a spacious and modern cottage praised for its stunning kitchen-diner, large garden, and child-friendly amenities. Guests enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the property's proximity to the coast. While some cleanliness issues were noted, the overall experience was positive with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Cleanliness was generally good with some minor issues. Guests found the property to be tidy, but there were instances of overlooked items such as a mouldy banana and a full pizza in the oven. Some guests mentioned the need for a deeper clean in certain areas.

The location is highly praised for its peacefulness and proximity to the coast and local sights. The property offers easy access to footpaths and is ideal for both relaxation and exploration.

The property is considered comfortable, with very comfy beds and modern bedrooms. However, some guests noted a lack of bathrooms for the number of people and a few uncomfortable mattresses.

Facilities like the hot tub, pool table, and large garden were appreciated. Maintenance responded quickly to issues, but there were some concerns about hot water availability and minor maintenance needs.

Guests felt well-cared for with a welcome pack that added a personal touch. While gifts were mentioned, it should be noted that such thoughtful gestures are not guaranteed and may vary.

Great spot for a gathering. Kitchen area is very impressive and the under floor heating was enjoyed by all.

Sat around the big table in the kitchen chatting and playing games. Soap and body was in bathrooms was great. Treats for both dogs was a lovely touch. The hot tub was used the most and the pool table. Great location for Bridlington, Scarborough and Filey Would definitely go again and would recommend it for a big group get together

However, I feel a couple of things could be addressed, a security light was pointed directly at one of the bedrooms and disturbed the nights sleep. Also I feel the garden ought to be fenced so as to let the dogs have some freedom first and last thing. Also, I think having a mid sized saucepan would be helpful, as there was either a small one or very big one, and the were no scissors, minor details, but worth a mention Maybe looking to the future an electric car charging point would be beneficial
