Large glass doors frame wide views over the water as you gather in the bright open-plan living space. The practical country-style kitchen makes easy holiday meals, while Sky and Netflix set the scene for cosy film nights by the fire. A king-size suite with private en-suite and a welcoming twin give everyone their own calm corner. Step outside to enclosed decking with a superb hot tub to ease tired muscles, plus a large enclosed garden where children and dogs can play. Patrington Haven Leisure Park brings more to enjoy, from the bar and restaurant with serving robots to a gym and treatment rooms. Surfboard or canoe storage keeps gear tidy between outings to Withernsea or Tunstall’s golden sands. Decorated at Christmas, Serenity at Lakeside works just as well for festive get-togethers as for summer breaks.

Lovely lodge, very quiet site but great if you want to relax. Country Club not very friendly and definitely not dog friendly unless you want to sit outside in the cold. I don’t really understand this attitude as there were loads of dog owners on the site and the room was large enough to section off an area for well behaved dogs. Although, up the road just outside the gate is a lovely dog friendly pub who sell food as well. All the other pubs in the area were dog friendly although some of them only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tesco a few miles up the road at Withernsea but we had Morrison deliver our shopping to our front door. Hot tub was lovely but I had difficulty getting in and out. Lovely welcoming lodge.

What a lovely place to stay very clean and tidy great view over the lake super hosts worth a visit if you want peace as well.Hot tub a bonus too will be returning and bringing the weather with us again loved it.
