Charming cottage in beautiful , tranquil Dales village with stunning surrounding scenery. Spoutscroft cottage is cosy and comfortable , well equipped, including books and games , with many walks from the doorstep . Village shop , pub with bakery and hotel all located close by in the village with lovely cafe in a local hamlet , Feizor, a 2 mile walk away along a bridleway through Dales countryside , leading to other walks. No need to do much driving if you don’t want to and parking available right outside. The open fire was appreciated on some cold evenings with extra firewood available in the village shop . We had a great stay and the owners were helpful both before the stay and after, in reuniting me with a precious piece of jewellery I’d accidentally left at cottage . Had a relaxing and most enjoyable stay , plan to return and would highly recommend .
