This superb former Croft has been loving converted to provide luxury detached accommodation with lovely open views across the countryside. Ideal as a touring base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales or simply sit back and never leave this idyllic Dales village with its babbling river running through it under an old stone bridge alongside historic cottages, quaint shops and even a stream side tearoom. Nearby is Malham Cove one of Great Britain’s geological wonders believed to be the best example of a limestone pavement in the UK, standing 260 feet high it brings climbers, walkers and geologists from all over the world to experience it. There are many good walks and popular cycle routes straight from the door with 2 good pubs in the village for refreshment after a day on your travels just a short walk away. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Fantastic cottage on the outskirts of Malham, a great base for some fantastic walks. Everything you need for self catering but close to two pubs serving good food.

Limecroft cottage was a perfect place to stay in Malham.The cottage is just up from the centre of the village so less footfall and traffic but 5 minute walk if that to the centre of the village.Plenty of walks straight from the door we had an incredible time walking and discovering Malham and the surrounding area.The cottage itself was comfortable, spacious and bright.A welcome few treats awaited with some lovely hot chocolate and biscuits alongside tea and coffee.The beds were incredibly comfortable so overall pleasant experience.Few little tweaks that might enhance peoples stay are,Holders in the showers for your toiletries its a little awkward without.More detailed info on settings for the towel radiators (maybe it was just us).If possible the wardrobe in the master bedroom is more shallow storage cupboard so better hanging space would be beneficial.Overall great cottage and loved being there - the garden space and open views were beautiful 😍
