Pateley Bridge is nearby (7 miles), with the spa town of Harrogate just a little further on (21 miles), both with a delightful range of shops, cafes and pubs as well as many historic attractions including England's oldest sweet shop in Pateley Bridge, and RHS Garden Harlow Carr in Harrogate. You can also enjoy a day at the races in Ripon (19 miles). On entering this tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated cottage you will find a peaceful lounge with a cosy wood burner resting in the chimney, plenty of comfortable seating, a TV and DVD, as well as a range of books, games and movies to enjoy.
