Great 2 night break at Lavender cottage, clean throughout, everything you could need and more, parking at the back, only a ten minute walk to Pateley Bridge town centre, downhill so obviously uphill back but it's not to bad at all. Lovely quiet village perfect for a peaceful break. Highly recommend Lavender cottage.

Lavender cottage had everything we needed for a home from home stay with the family and our dogs. A great welcome hamper too - thank you! Some lovely walks from the doorstep with Harrogate & Knaresborough not too far away. Plenty of on street parking for our additional car too. I recommend a short drive to The Nelson Inn (just off the A59) for a lovely meal.I can see why many return to this little gem, we loved it too. My only disappointment was that the cottage wasn’t decorated for the festive season and we were there to bring in the New Year. Nevertheless lots of lovely memories made 😊
