This fantastic property offers a comfortable stay within the Cathedral City of Ripon and is located within a stone’s throw of the Market Place with its charming narrow cobbled streets and historic buildings. This lovely mid-terraced property has had all the love and attention it deserves, and has been finished to a high standard, providing you with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay in Ripon perfect.
You enter the property into the kitchen on the ground floor, from the small courtyard at the back of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs including a great fold away breakfast bar providing an ideal place for you to enjoy your breakfast. The ground floor also offers a lovely, comfy living area with a charming gas fireplace for those cold wintery nights.
On the first floor there are two good-sized double bedrooms and bathroom which offers a gorgeous walk-in shower, underfloor heating along with a heated towel rail. To the back of the property, is a delightful little courtyard with a table and 4 chairs giving you a great place to have a drink al fresco.
The cottage is situated just off Kirkgate which is lined with restaurants, cafés, local pubs and gift shops; Kirkgate connects the Market Place to the historic cathedral. The cottage is also well placed for walking and exploring the Yorkshire Dales, whilst the spa town of Harrogate, Fountains Abbey, RHS Garden Harlow Carr and Studley Royal are just a short drive away. This all means that Court Terrace is a fantastic base for your perfect Yorkshire getaway. Pub 1 mile.

Court Terrace is just lovely for any type of break. Located in Ripon, beautiful in itself, the accommodation sits close to the Cathedral, the city square, delightful local shops and restaurants. The bus service is brilliant too, with a regular half hour service to Harrogate and Leeds.

Great Location-Right in the heart of Town-lots to do and see and a good base for places like, Fountain's Abbey and Brimham Rocks. The Royal Oak-good for food and The One Eyed Rat and Portly Pig for some Great real Ales.Ripon, Has some great local indi shops. Outstanding 2 bed Cottage-Grade 2 Listed-Great set up- Everything you need for a break- Loved the outside seating area. Comfy Bed-Best Shower we have come across-Loved the Funky Modern MirrorAlso Parking Outside the cottage.We loved it and Out Spanial-Billy Loved the Riverside walks every Day.Would Highly Recommend.

Super little cottage in a perfect location for exploring all Ripon had to offer. We didn’t move the car at all while we were there as the buses just around the corner were perfect for getting further afield if you wanted. Cottage was lovely and clean and very well equipped with very comfy beds and a lovely shower. Did find the step outside the first bedroom a bid dodgy if you tend to get up for the loo at night, a new sensor/night light needed there. Other than that my only other issue would be as someone else mentioned, the so called welcome pack. A pint of milk! Really, not even a packet of biscuits to go with it? Seems a bit mean and not exactly a welcome or a pack.
