Overlooking Aysgarth Falls and the River Ure, you can hear the waterfall that gives the cottage its name. Pop next door to the tearoom in the former Yore Mill before exploring the village of Aysgarth, with its picturesque walks and delightful pubs. Further afield, the country views from the Wensleydale landscape aren t to be missed and can be enjoyed from the area s many walking routes. Charming Dales villages, including Hawes, West Burton and Askrigg, are only a short drive away. The front door opens into the open plan living space, with a stone wall adding character. You can sink in to the comfortable sofa while relaxing by the wood burner, while the Smart TV comes with subscription services and a DVD player perfect for a cosy night in.

You ll love the bright and contemporary kitchen which has everything you need for a comfortable home from home, including an induction hob, an electric oven and grill, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge with ice box, a microwave and a coffee machine.
