The stunning lounge has plenty of comfortable sofas, a beamed ceiling, and a roaring fire so you can get cosy after a busy day exploring. A separate snug area is perfect for some of the group to watch movies on the TV together. The rustic, cottage-style kitchen oozes traditional character, and is a superb space to create culinary delights for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Upstairs are the three en-suite bedrooms, one with a shower, and the other two with showers over the bath. All contain super king-size beds, that can be made twins on request, and boast lovely countryside views. When the weather allows, enjoy the impressive garden. It is fully enclosed and has a patio area, perfect for al fresco dining, and a very large lawn for frolicking and fun.
Enjoy peace and quiet from this rural village. Horsehouse has a lovely country pub (200 metres) and is well situated to explore both the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You will find plenty of walking routes and trails from the doorstep, or head 7 miles to the lovely village of Middleham which has further amenities and eateries, and the fascinating ruins of Middleham Castle.
