Lovely cottage, clean, well equipped and location was superb. Peaceful location, with stunning walks all around. The Farmers Arms is a lovely country pub, serving good food, and drink. Only issue was local store wasn’t really a store, called twice and came away with nothing, they didn’t even have bread, and they also run a cafe serving sandwiches all day 🤔. We walked up to “Usher gap farm, and campsite”, which had a small shop which was surprisingly well stocked.

Well equipped kitchen , clean and cosy cottage with plenty of space. . Because the cottage is situated right next to the field there is no back garden . Amazing views from every window. The cottage is ideally located for the northern Dales .
