Excellent house ideal for our group of 5/6 women. Lovely to have enough comfy chairs to enjoy in the evening and large breakfast table in the morning. Enjoyed the small outdoor area. Great to have cafe within a few minutes walk and several pubs in Reeth a 10 minute walk away and 1 in grinton only 8 mins .

A fabulous, spacious, big family friendly house with excellent lounge space and very large bedrooms. Excellent value for our 3 night stay. We were a group of 5 adult and 2 kids. We had a great stay here it’s in a great location. The furnishings are all good quality, beds comfy, and it was a spotless house. The only downside, which did impact our stay, was how cold it was on arrival, it took about 6 hours to make it comfortable and the kids (and myself to be honest) were cold and a bit grumpy about it. We layered up and had the electric fire on all evening. The kitchen radiator did not come on at all so we had to ring for support as it was like going outside. I must say they responded quickly, sent someone out and the heating was fully functioning and very cosy after that for the rest of our stay. I would definitely recommend the place. It was way bigger than the photos make it look and well decorated.
