About this property

Our spacious 38' x 12' caravan is a perfect holiday home.

It is ideally located in Flamingo Land on Willow Grove and sited around the small play area.

Sleeps 6 or 7 if one is aged 2 or under.

The van has 3 bedrooms (one double with en-suite and two twin) plus a comfortable double bed that pulls out in the lounge.

Fully equipped throughout with full central heating.

The lounge has ample seating for the whole family, an electric fan heater for cooler evenings, large tv with freeview.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size fridge freezer, a full size gas oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, crockery, cookware, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner.

All 3 bedrooms come with adequate storage and comfortable beds.

All bedding is supplies and Beds are made up for your arrival. (If you think need a waterproof sheet we ask that you provide your own)

The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet. (There is a separate toilet in the en-suite to double bedroom)

For your safety a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are all fitted and electrical appliances are all fully PAT tested.

Gas and Electricity are both included in the price.

The caravan is cleaned to a high standard after each booking to COVID 19 regulations.

You will need to provide your own Towels, Tea Towels, Dishcloths etc

This is a no smoking caravan and strictly no pets
