Beautifully clean and tidy compact but everything you need for a stay away. We were celebrating a 90th birthday so the very nice and unexpected welcome basket and roses were a delight. Stephanie the owner was in contact and very happy to sort anything else we might need. Quiet park exactly what we wanted. Easy to get to Scarborough Whitby Malton and lots of other local villages. Perfect little stay thank you

Well what can we say, the accomodation was first class with all the amenities to hand. The hot tub was a great incentive and was used regularly and the hospitality was second to none. You are short miles away from all the seaside resorts and found everyone to be so friendly and helpful. We met Steph who is the owner and asked us if all was well. Thank you for an excellent stay Steph, totally recommend the Pinecone Lodge

Stayed for a girly weekend away.. 3 girls in our 30s looking for a relaxing weekend away from the kids. The place was perfect! So well decorated and modern, attention to detail was lovely and the kitchen has everything and more you could need whilst staying away - you literally don’t need to bring anything! The site is quiet and looks mainly residential however it’s perfect if you’re looking for some time out to relax. We drove to Whitby one day (45mins) and spent the rest of the time relaxing and in the tub. The location was just so perfect for switching off After seeing a couple of negative reviews about noise / speed complainants we were abit curious but it’s absolutely nothing to worry about - we had no issues! Everything you need is clearly stated in the hand book left for you. Would love to return here :) **
