The patio area is ideal for dining, barbecues or picnics, and nearby Burythorpe (one mile) has a pub serving good food.

Perfect stay, ideal location for visiting York, Malton and Pickering. Beautiful cottage on a working farm. Beautiful countryside. Would love to come back. Can highly recommend.

Had a great time. Malton close by (5min) for all the shopping you might need. Half hour to coast same to York. Working farm but did not disturb us in any way. Cottage was well equipped , clean and all appliances worked well .Note water pressure is high temperature very hot. Beds were comfy but not luxurious. Plenty of room for kids to play indoors if weather is bad. Thank you for the arrival gifts Wine and cookies. Again thoroughly recommend and will use again.
