Sea Roke is a well-received holiday cottage in Filey, praised for its cleanliness, prime location, and comfort. Guests appreciate the quiet residential setting, proximity to local attractions, and the well-equipped property. The garden and views are particularly admired, and the property is considered a peaceful retreat. Some guests mention a welcome pack, adding to the positive experience.
The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests describing it as spotless and well-maintained. Only one review mentioned it could be cleaner, suggesting a minor impact on the overall high standard.
The location is highly praised for being quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance to Filey town and the beach. Its proximity to local attractions and nature reserves adds to its appeal.
Most guests find the property very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a homely feel. However, a few guests noted the mattresses were hard and the dining space was limited for larger groups.
Facilities like Sky TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and an EV charger are appreciated, but some guests noted the absence of a DVD player and issues with patio doors. The garden's accessibility and dining arrangements were also points of contention for a few.
