Our luxury holiday caravan is situated on The Lakes with lake views from the decking and lounge. It is just a short walk down to the beach, and perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Primrose Valley has to offer.

The modern kitchen includes an integrated fridge/freezer; cooker with hob and extractor; an air fryer; a dolce gusto coffee machine; a microwave, kettle and toaster; all essentials; plus a comfortable dining area.

The lounge has freestanding sofas, a pull-out double sofa bed, gas fireplace, free private Wi-Fi, built-in Bluetooth speakers, a flat-screen Smart TV and DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs. Double patio doors lead out onto the decking, complete with rattan furniture. You can see the lake from inside the caravan as well as on the decking.

The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress with en-suite WC, a large wardrobe space and vanity area, plus a Smart TV. The second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. Pillows and linen are provided, along with hand towels in the bathrooms. Beds will also be made up on arrival.

Our beautifully appointed family bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

A ’Welcome Pack’ of tea, coffee, sugar, Prosecco, treats and nibbles (even a treat for the dogs) will greet you on arrival.

Washing up liquid, cloths, tea towel and hand wash are also provided.

There are lots of things to do at Primrose Valley in Filey, Yorkshire, which is right on the beach. This action-packed park has some fantastic facilities, from a climbing wall and aerial adventure course to crazy golf and a boating lake. There’s two indoor heated pools too, one with a multi-lane water slide, plus an outdoor pool!

Primrose Valley is a delightful village set in the luscious surroundings of North Yorkshire. Sitting close to the charming town of Filey, there is so much for you to do during your stay; the village itself is home to a number of local convenience stores and vibrant pubs, as well as a sandy public beach with stunning seascapes and a charming cafe. Filey town is just 3.4 miles away and is home to exciting museums, lots of local eateries and a beautiful beach. Take the children to meet the adorable ponies and incredible alpaca at Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park or spend the day at Playdale Farm Park petting the farm animals or enjoying a brew whilst the children run free in the soft-play area. Travel back in time at the Scarborough Fair Collection and Vintage Transport Museum to see the steam-powered Victorian fairground and admire the display of classical cars and vintage motorbikes. Scarborough can be found just 9 miles away and boasts historical castles, a Japanese-style park and open-air theatre. Primrose Valley is a great base for exploring the North Yorkshire coast.
