The beautifull 3 bedroom Platinum grade caravan is located on the Pine Ridge area this is a quite location but still only 5 minute walk from the complex and shop.

The caravan has a full wrap round decking and sea view with seating on the decking so you can enjoy the view all day

This is a non pet friendly caravan

The lounge has a free standing sofa and chair with a free standing dining table and chairs with a 40" TV the caravan is open plan and as a fully stocked kichen it has a fitted fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.

They is two showers in the beautifull caravan. One is the main bathroom and the second is an en.suite to the main bedroom

The main bedroom has a king size bed with a double wardrobe and room to just fit a travel cot if needed

The second and third bedrooms have two single beds which are bigger than the standard caravan beds

Bed linen is included in the with price of the holiday

We operate a keysafe system so you dont need to go receiption to pick up your keys all you need to do is go straight the caravan

Funworks passes are not included you can buy them from receiption

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (rspb Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
