Filey 3 miles. This attractive, mid-terrace mews property is in a modern holiday village, The Bay, three miles from the charming traditional seaside town of Filey. With excellent on-site facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a steam room, sauna and gym, the property is perfect for families wanting a seaside location with many additional attractions. With bright and welcoming accommodation, there is a spacious, open plan L-shaped living area with a contemporary kitchen and French doors opening onto a small private patio. Light and airy, the property is comfortably furnished, with a seaside theme running through it. Surrounded by extensive communal lawned grounds with picnic areas and two lakes, there are a host of outdoor pursuits such as fishing, a putting green, tennis and bike hire readily available.
Guests are able to book snorkelling, archery and fencing lessons if desired, or for the less energetic there is the on-site beautician's, Italian coffee shop and restaurant. The local pub also serves food, whilst a short, pleasant walk brings you to a wonderful, long, sandy Blue Flag beach. Filey itself offers a good array of independent shops, fine promenades and lovely ornamental gardens. Enjoy the historic harbour or try rock pooling on Filey Brigg. The Cleveland Way long distance cliff-top walk is ideal for walkers and the North Yorkshire Wolds National Cycle Route is popular with cyclists, both within a mile of this lovely property.
Nearby, Bempton RSPB Reserve is well worth a visit whilst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and Flamborough Cliffs are essential viewing. A lovely location for a very enjoyable holiday.
The traditional English seaside resort of Filey is set in Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand. The town itself offers individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels, two promenades, childrens play areas and crazy golf.

The host, Caroline, was most helpful & accommodating; the information about the very well equipped property (including binoculars!) was accurate, the cleanliness was exceptional, and weâd certainly consider staying again if revisiting Filey with our family. The only disappointment was we didnât see any puffins, so we probably will have to stay again!

The property is very well equipped and warm and welcoming. Having access to the leisure activities was great and we made good use of the pool. Beautiful location, lots of lovely beaches and places to explore. The owners give lots of useful information and are really responsive if you've any questions. We can't wait to go back and would highly recommend this property.

All mod cons, really was like a home from home. Will definitely return
