The living room seamlessly flows into the dining area, allowing for effortless socialising and memorable shared meals. Just a step down from the dining area, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen and a ground-floor shower room, as well as a utility room for your convenience. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll discover two delightful double bedrooms that offer a peaceful haven for restful nights. One of the bedrooms features a Velux window, granting you stunning sea views to wake up to. Completing the accommodation is a tastefully designed bathroom, providing a relaxing space to rejuvenate. This property has an inter-connecting internal door (which will be locked) with Beacon at High Peak House (ref UK44719) and can be booked together to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Fabulous cottage. Beautifully decorated / furnished and everything you needed was provided. Lots of nice touches and a lovely welcome basket. Very comfortable cottage. Good location for travel to Whitby / Scarborough. Lovely to see the animals from the window.

Bay cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a good stay. The views from the cottage were spectacular right over to Robins Hood Bay. The welcome pack was very good and much appreciated. The weather was up and down certainly didn't expect high winds sleet and snow on our last night but we did all that we wanted to do. We would recommend this cottage.
