Harwood Dale Forest which surrounds The Grainary, provides plenty of trails for watching wildlife including birds (night jars) roe deer, badgers, foxes and dragonflies including our woodland board walk to the wet land area which includes the rare Royal Fern.
Free parking is available at The Grainary, and the seaside town of Scarborough is 15 minutes’ drive away. Historic Whitby can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
