The property is appreciated for its kitchen equipment and unique bar area. However, guests noted that it requires a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint.

location is great, there is no parking but there is a car park at the bottom of the street and you get 40 minutes to unload your car. A great place for a large group, there was 9 of us so ideal. The Merchant pub is a great place too, communication also very good so thankyou. Thats the good points, now for the negatives, no tea towel although there are towels. the cups and cutlery were filthy, we had to wash them again with no tea towel so went out and bought one. No soap in the bathrooms, the pillows and duvets were not good, pillows were flat may as well not had any. the floors under the beds were dirty and the fridge was also dirty. the house does need a lick of paint but as i have already said its a great place for large groups just needs some TLC.

Great base for a golf/drinking weekend for us as a group of lads. Probably not the best for couples wanting luxury but it was a great base for us. Bang in the centre so expect noise from nearby pubs (this is generally drowned out by the early morning seagull squwarks though 😂)Would definitely book this place again though Great team managing it too.
