Behind this is a boldly coloured ‘L’-shaped fitted kitchen and a folding table and chairs. The first floor contains an elegant double bedroom with a feature fireplace and a bathroom with a claw foot bath. A twin room can be found on the second floor.
This property is located across the river from the centre of Whitby (0.5 miles) in a quiet area but still within easy reach of the array of seafood restaurants, cosy cafes and quirky shops (within 0.5 miles). A small patch of sandy shore is less than 200 metres away and the main Whitby Beach is 1 mile away. Just behind the property are the 199 Steps and the imposing 657AD Whitby Abbey (less than 500 metres). Stroll to the Whitby Harbour East Lighthouse and cross the river to find the Whalebone Arch and Whitby Pavilion (both within 1 mile).
