Whitby is fantastic, the accommodation is well placed, but a few issues.Cleanliness: We had to clean the kitchen and upstairs toilet, neither of which were clean. Linen: The beds were made, hand and dish towels provided, but no bath towels.Cobwebs: I counted 14 in the living room.Decor: Peeling paint, ceiling stains from previous leaks, carpets coming away; it's all very tired and needs work done.Outside area: Not dangerous in general, but the front and rear gates are insecure. The front doesn't open as one hinge has broken, the rear has no lock which means it lies open, hanging into the public path. Whilst we would return to Whitby, not to this accommodation unless the above was sorted.
