Situated in the desirable ’’West Cliff’’ location and close to the famous Whitby Whale Bones this home from home is a mere stone’s throw away from the 3 miles of golden sandy beach, and only a few minutes walk into the town centre and harbour areas. Ideal if you want to leave your car and explore the area on foot. Within just 50 yards you will also find a shop, pub and restaurant. Enjoying breathtaking and uninterrupted views from the lounge you can see out to sea and as far as Kettleness Nab some 7 miles away. The kitchen and bedroom also afford stunning atmospheric church views, that come into their own on an evening due to the beautiful stained glass windows. It is a spacious, well-equipped apartment that has recently been refurbished and provides a perfect base for couples looking to explore Whitby town, this stunning coastline or the North York Moors National Park areas.

Overall a great apartment. Fantastic location, lovely sea view from the lounge. Stairs would be an issue for anyone with mobility problems- 2 steep flights up to the apartment.Well equipped kitchen, very comfy bed.Brighter lighting in the kitchen would be good!Issues with the heating were responded to quickly by Cottages.com, very good service- thank you.

We had a great stay. The appartment was excellent apart from the lighting in the kitchen, which was so dark we used the torch to see the microwave controls.
