Rose Garth is a spacious, semi detached property positioned in the picturesque fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay, near Whitby. It is very well equipped with traditional decor and furnishings throughout and provides an ideal base for families or couples looking for a seaside holiday, with access to the beach only a short distance away. The lovely garden at the rear of the property is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sun. It is also a perfect location for keen walkers looking to explore this beautiful coastline. Robin Hood’s Bay is an unspoilt village nestling on the cliffs of the North York Moors National Park heritage coast and has a history of fishing and smuggling. The village is a mix of cobbled narrow streets and alleyways with individual shops, tearooms and several pubs and restaurants serving good food all within walking distance. There is a lovely beach where you can enjoy fossil hunting and rock pooling all right on your doorstep.

A Fantastic house in an amazing location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and several Pubs/Bistros. Less than a minute walk to the bus stops, 1 way to Scarborough the other to Whitby/Middlesborough every half hour or so until late.

We had a lovely short break at Rose Garth with everything we needed to be comfortable. Unfortunately the only thing missing for me was that there was no hairdryer to be found. The only thing we noticed was a slightly damp smell in the sitting room and we noticed some ‘slug trails’ on the carpets downstairs in the mornings. This has been noticed before on reading the visitor book. It wouldn’t stop us returning as the location is perfect with all the facilities we need.
