This charm-filled terraced cottage is placed in the heart of the ancient fishing port of Whitby, overlooking its steam railway. With views towards the town's finest features and almost endless opportunities in the surrounding area, Platform 12 is a superlative base for a family holiday by the sea. Enter the property into its tastefully decorated first floor, occupied by a crisp white cloakroom and a homely, open plan living room. This room, dressed in soothing neutral colours, provides a relaxing spot to curl up and watch the TV with your loved ones from the comfort of your leather sofa. To the other side of the room rests the fashionable and well-equipped kitchen, where each delicious meal can be enjoyed at the dining table, set for four. The room is elevated by the most stunning views across Whitby's harbour and abbey in the distance. At the end of an adventure-filled day, retire to the ground floor and be greeted with two peaceful bedrooms where you can catch your well-deserved rest. The twin room benefits from electric beds, should you want to sit up and read your book before you go to sleep. The master bedroom comes with the added luxury of doors leading onto a private courtyard, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Platform 12 is topped off with an immaculate family bathroom, a stylish spot where you can get yourself ready for a night out maybe in the nearby Whitby Way pub.
