Clean and comfortable and well equipped. Conveniently located for walking into Whitby in a quiet street. We managed to work out the heating, which was needed as it was a chilly few days while we were there. Using the TV was a challenge, still not really sure how it worked, however we had a laptop and iPad with us so used those without any hassle as the WiFi was good. The duvet cover on the double bed needs replacement , although clean it’s not very pleasant to see stains.
