Very lovely cottage with outside areas by the river. Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture makes the place feel very homily. Barely a minutes walk into the centre of town with is restaurants and pubs and close to to Duncombe park with its Bird of Prey centre and many walks along the river or towards Rievaulx Abbey.

The cottage is in need to some repairs (blown plaster on stairs/living room wall, banister coming away from the wall, window frames rotting, plants growing in through the windows) and there is no parking assigned to this property (which to cottage.com select indicates that there is).But if you just call this issues - rustic, then it is very comfortable and location is perfect.
