Perfect location to explore York. Great to have secure parking- didn’t use the car once we arrived. Easy walking everywhere including the railway for a trip to Scarborough on an incredibly hot day. The apartment was fine as we spent very little time there.

Liked the photos of county house apartment,but upon entry the reality was different, the furniture was tired and worn and the cleanliness of the apartment was very poor, the toilet bowl was very stained plus the toilet was difficult to flush,the bottom sheet on the bed had a dried blood stain and the kitchen chairs were all stained, plus carpets were starting to fray at doors, advertised as a 4 star but in reality just about a 3 star
