Really well located for shopping, amenities and tourist sites. Comfy furniture, especially the huge bed. Kitchen tiny, but adequate for two. Public transport convenient too. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great accommodation in a wonderful location near Kings Square. Private parking space, super king bed, excellent plumbing and v quiet location are major pluses. Have stayed several times and are sure to return again.

Our return visit to this gem , parking included, very easy to walk to all of Yorks attractions. Mulberry cottage is very comfortable, everything we needed . Comfy bed and a good shower .
