Oak Boutique Lodge with hot tub is a smart lodge overlooking the lake and its position maximises the evening sun. It benefits from underfloor heating throughout and air conditioning. It has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge overlooking the large deck and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. All cooking eating utensils are provided. The dining table overlooks the lake. The lounge area has two genuine leather chairs with footstools. There is a 42-inch flatscreen TV with Freeview and lovely log effect fire. The large deck has a professional barbecue, outdoor table and chairs and reclining sun chairs. No plug socket where the dressing table mirror is even though there is a hairdryer provided on the dressing table shelf which needs plugging in. Everything looked a little worn.Kettle handle to lift the spout had lost its rubber so when you poured a hot drink you burnt yourself (kettle on a gas stove)

a few tweaks would be fab ... an iron some throws for outside and binoculars but that's just extras little bits that would. take it to next level overall it was fabulous
