The hosts are warm and welcoming, the cottage is beautifully kept and the local landscapes show nature at its finest. From the get go we were impressed with the cottage from the underfloor heating to the rain shower everything made us feel embraced in luxurious comfort for a much needed short break.

A really cosy and comfortable cottage for two weeks. The cottage was so warm and cosy, the beds were really comfortable and the rainfall shower was such a luxurious touch. The welcome pack was really appreciated and Susan and Michael were really welcoming and helpful. The kitchen was a treat to cook in and we had a lovely stay

Mains of Durn cottage was a very comfy and relaxing home away from home. Equipped to a very high standard. Our hosts were really nice and welcoming and went over and above to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. They gave us a complimentary amount of groceries and treats for our dog too. The garden was beautiful. It was child and dog friendly. Safe and secure. We shall certainly be returning when we can. We shall be very sorry to leave.
