We have had a lovely few days staying at Mains of Durn cottage, everything was perfect, Michael & Susan are the loveliest people and nothing is too much trouble.The beds were so comfortable that I’ve come home & ordered the same mattress, Best sleep ever !! Bathroom & kitchen facilities are also excellent, the wood burner is great for the cooler evenings.We had my elderly Mum ( late 80s ) with us & everything was accessible for her, including the walk in shower.2 toilets so no one was cross legged, waiting to get innThe garden is beautiful with plenty space for our dog to run around after her ball,We did get to sit out as the weather was kind to us. I would highly recommend if you want a nice peaceful get away, you won’t be disappointed

We spent a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday at Mains of Durn cottage. It was spotlessly clean, and Sue and Michael were happy to help if needed. Very welcoming, dogs loved their holiday as well!, and we have already booked our next visit! Looking forward to seeing you and staying in your lovely place again.

The hosts are warm and welcoming, the cottage is beautifully kept and the local landscapes show nature at its finest. From the get go we were impressed with the cottage from the underfloor heating to the rain shower everything made us feel embraced in luxurious comfort for a much needed short break.
