Just a short drive away, you’ll find the market town of Annan, where you can explore local shops, cafés, and historical sites, including the Annan Museum and the Robert Burns Trail. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers golfing at Powfoot Golf Club, cycling along the Solway Coast, and birdwatching at Caerlaverock Wetland Centre. We had an amazing week at the Haven. The location is absolutely perfect - the seashore is just across the road! It was a wonderful, peaceful week and we enjoyed lovely walks with our dog through the woods behind the house and along the shore. Powfoot is a gem of a place.

House very comfortable. Set in a very pretty area overlooking the sea. Plenty of walks which suited us. The renovation work going on next door was not a problem and shouldn’t put people off booking this holiday home

We had a wonderful stay at the Haven again our third in the last 12 months. The cottage has everything you need and is in a perfect position on the very edge of the estuary. When the tide is out it is the perfect place to walk our dog, when the tide is in you have good inland walks also. Nearest shopping is in Annan which is a short drive away with ample parking. Will definitely be back.
