Overpriced and disappointing. The flat is coy enough but some of the basics were missing. Dishwasher was provided but no tabs supplied; Crockery set was incomplete (for an apartment for 4 only three were provided) what there was was cracked and needed replaced: The freezer seal was split: the DVD player was provided with loads of discs, which would have been perfect in the wet weather, except it wasn't connected to the TV: shower fittings were rusted: the nice sofas shown in the brochure turned out to be cheap and uncomfortable wicker conservatory chairs. I love the location, but won't be using this agency again.

Primrose Cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Really lovely comfy beds in delightful rooms. Alas the sitting area is not so comfortable but I do appreciate that finding really comfy small sofas is difficult. The owner John couldn’t be more helpful and kind.
