A beautiful property with a stunning view. An added bonus was the wildlife in the garden including a deer and a vixen with cubs! A wonderful welcome basket was awaiting us and we would definitely highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Berkeley was amazing. The accommodation is perfect and the views over the estuary, absolutely stunning. We have stayed in Kippford multiple times over the past 20 years and would certainly never book anywhere else. Craig and Hayley have been very thoughtful in considering guests needs and the welcome hamper was excellent. We will certainly be back in 2027 and look forward to watching the spectacular sunsets from the balcony.
