This lovely property is located next to nine other cottages and sits on the fringes of Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway, offering you magnificent views and wildlife right on your doorstep and spacious rooms and furnishings within the interior. Enjoy gathering together in the open-plan living space, where one person can be getting dinner on the go and prepping ingredients within the well-equipped kitchen, a board game can be in full swing at the large dining table, whilst the little ones enjoy a film in the sitting area on the TV and sat on the inviting sofas. A great selection of bedrooms awaits you in this property, choose from a king-size, two doubles and two twins spread out over the two floors, with a large shower room on the ground-floor providing a delightful place to freshen up. Sit out in the hot tub in the evening within the enclosed garden and star gaze with your loved ones and take it all in. Dalbeattie is a town that can be found sitting within the Urr Valley in South West Scotland, known as the Granite Town because of the granite extracted from the local quarries that helped the town thrive. You can enjoy all the amenities you would usually enjoy like shops, restaurants and pubs, while being in a great position to explore the lovely Colvend Coast.

Due to the rule of 6 this property has reduced the prices in line with a smaller party, due to this, you wont have access to all of the bedrooms, the other rooms and the exterior of the cottage remain unaffected, this will be removed when the restrictions end.
