**A Perfect Coastal Getaway at Sand View 🌊🐾**We just got back from spending a week at Sand View holiday cottage for the second time, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we are still amazed by the stunning views—big open scenes of the Solway Firth from the windows. It’s the kind of view that makes you stop and take it all in.The beach is just a quick walk away, and it’s a true treasure—clean, quiet, and perfect for morning strolls. Our dog was in heaven, running along the shore and exploring every sand dune. There are plenty of walking paths by the coast right outside the door, perfect for long, scenic walks with your furry friend. The cottage itself is lovely and well-kept, cosy yet spacious, with nice little touches that make it feel like a real home away from home. Whether you’re relaxing with a book by the window or enjoying coffee on the patio with the ocean breeze, Sand View offers a kind of peace and charm that’s hard to find.We can’t wait to return—and next time, we’ll be staying longer!Craig

We recently had a lovely stay at Sand View. The cottage had everything we needed and a great garden to take advantage of the lovely weather. The only thing to be aware of is the fence at the back of the garden is quite low and when you have larger dogs as I do, it is easy for them to hop over. It wasn’t a deal breaker but good to be aware.
