In a quiet corner of the park and in a raised location, this holiday lodge has superb views across the man-made loch and the hills beyond. This delightful holiday lodge sleeps up to six people and is the perfect place to come and unwind and explore this varied part of the country. As well as the open plan living area and great views across the countryside, the ground floor has a twin bedroom, which can be made up as a super king-size double bed, and there’s also a bathroom available. The first floor has a superb king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and balcony with loch views, and the other double on this floor has a shower in the room, as well as a separate en-suite basin and WC. Outside the property is a communal lawned area and within the park, there is a restaurant, bar and access to the fishing loch. Visit the deer park next door, have a day at the beach or try one of the many golf courses within a 20 mile radius. For the more energetic, this welcoming lodge is ideal for visiting the 7stanes cycle complex or as a base for exploring this wonderful part of Scotland. The village of Colvend has a shop, a mobile Post Office and a season restaurant, and there's a pottery shop nearby. Also, nearby Sandyhills Bay has a seasonal shop. This area of coastline, known as the Colvend and Southwick shore has many rugged cliffs and secret bays, and there's walks and cycle routes in the area.
