We loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations and the host was amazing. It was equipped with everything I could have wanted and was spotless. Big space for the dog who loved it. Conveniently located to explore the areas around. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Lovely cottage.Very clean well decorated Good heating system.Great location for visiting all Galloway places of interest and beaches etc.Town of Newton Stewart is just 2 minutes away with restaurants and Supermarkets etc.Owner is very friendly and helpfull.Welcome pack of wine,flowers and milk was a lovely touch.Views of surrounding hills and countryside from garden. Highly recommended.

The cottage was ideal for us, it was very clean and had everything you required. The conservertary was lovely to sit in.It was convenient to Newton Stewart which had a Aldi, Sainsbury and Co-op and plenty of foodeating places.The owners were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack containing bottle of wine, flowers and milk.To proof how good we found Carty Cottage before we left we have booked it again for next year.
