Great property in a great position. Lovely village nearby with a pub, coffee shop and Co-op. Cupar 3 miles away with all major supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a railway station. Excellent easy drive to the coast. Highly recommended.

Nice break to an area we have visited before in 1995, so there have been many changes. This holiday let is exceptional and located a few minutes walk from the village of Ceres. Carl and Tricia were lovely hosts and we hope we have left the place as nice as we found it. Ceres pubs were having a bit of a bad week, and couldn't decide whether they were open or not. On the odd couple of nights we ate out, we went to the Gougingait in Cupar, traditional pub with traditional food. Once again a lovely area where we made full use of our National Trust memberships
