This is a most fabulous cottage with an incredible back-story. Originally a building used for houses to walk round the circumference of this circular building turning a mechanism which turned a grinding wheel which ground the wheat/corn. It is in a unique location adjacent to Ladybank Golf Course through which access is gained. The property itself is an award winning design and is finished to the highest of standards.

Fantastic place to stay for couples or even if just travelling alone. Superb accommodation in peaceful location yet very handy for all that East Fife has to offer as well as within east reach of Dundee and local trains direct to Edinburgh. But you could just as easy just stay in and around The Roondie and have a lovely holiday with lots of beautiful walks and excellent opportunities to see deer, red squirrels and all sorts of bird life in the surround extensive woodlands.
