This holiday property is exceptionally warm and comfortable. The owners believe that a holiday home should be as well kitted out as home and being keen amateur cooks, they have set up the kitchen for plenty of cooking and entertaining. The house has a Smart TV with Sky+, and a good selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws to while away the time. The enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn, and the west facing terrace is equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs from which guests can enjoy the sun late into summer evenings. There is a large shed for the storage of golf bags, bicycles etc. Located in a quiet residential area of Dornoch, the property is close to the centre of the town, near the world renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Club and the many sandy beaches. Walking, fishing and other outdoor activities are all within easy reach.

The house is nicely positioned. It is a very quiet and safe housing estate. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean and spacious. Ideally, we would have preferred one twin room for the children.

This is a very pleasant, roomy, modern house on a small development that is a 10 minute walk from Dornoch’s high street which has pubs and restaurants and a 20 minute walk from the beach.Good bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent south facing garden.

Location was great and also very quite suitable for 6 guests. Comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, utility room has washer/dryer also can hang out washing with pegs that are there, ironing board and a larger fridge and freezer. Few cobwebs going about along with windowsills requiring removal of dead flies. Raised part of vinyl flooring in corner of bathroom and also thought rug in living room could be potential trip/fall risk. Garden furniture would look better with varnish or paint.
