Lovely cottage

I was there during harvest and its a working farm so the hosts were very busy. It has a really good layout, and a lovely bathroom. The chairs and bed were comfy and there were no maintenance issues. the heating is very good, and Angie renewed our towels half way through our 13 day stay. The area is lovely; you can see Nigg Bay and the Dornoch Firth isn't far; there is great scenery almost everywhere. Tain has three supermarkets and a variety of takeaways, and you are a picturesque drive away from Dingwall and Inverness. We travelled along way into northeast Scotland and it is all highly recommended. There is a dehumidifier in the lounge drying out some damp, but that wasn't as bad as it sounds. We found it hard to get the shower really hot, and the plates don't really work in the dishwasher. More user-friendly kitchen items, plates, mugs and cutlery would be welcome and the wifi is iffy upstairs but overall we had a really good stay
