The property is only a short walk into Fort William town centre, which has a lively atmosphere, and is at the end of the West Highland Way, making it very popular with walkers. The area is known as the ’outdoor capital of the UK’ with all its activities, from world championship mountain biking, skiing, whitewater rafting, canyoning, the Great Glen Way and so much more for the adventurous at heart.
The area has so much to offer close by, including the Old Inverlochy castle, the Ben Nevis distillery and Neptunes Staircase on the Caledonian Canal. Catch the Jacobite steam train and relive scenes from ’Harry Potter’ as it travels across the Glenfinnan Viaduct and on to Mallaig. Take a boat trip on Loch Linnhe, or enjoy a day trip out west to Arisaig the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Beach ½ mile. Shops, pubs and restaurants ½ mile.
